General Terms & Conditions of Stay

1. To complete the reservation, the guest must provide the correct mobile phone number linked to their Airbnb account. The name must also match the name on the reservation. If this information is incorrect or incomplete, the reservation will be considered invalid.
2. The guest must complete the online check-in process via Wt before arrival.
3. Before the stay, a security deposit of €75 and a tourist tax of €6 per person must be paid.
4. The security deposit will be refunded within 7 working days after departure, provided that no damage, disturbance, or violation of the house rules has been identified.
5. Only guests registered on the reservation are permitted to stay in the accommodation. Unregistered visitors or additional guests are strictly prohibited.
6. Parties, excessive noise, disturbances, and disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited. In the event of a violation or complaints from neighbors, we reserve the right to take immediate action and, if necessary, contact the police.
7. The building and its common areas may be monitored by security cameras for safety and security purposes.
8. The accommodation is strictly non-smoking. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment, on the terrace, or anywhere within the building. Smoking is only allowed outside the building to ensure a fresh and smoke-free environment for all guests.
9. Please leave the accommodation clean and treat it with care and respect.
