- Smoking and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. (This includes outside the window)
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Leave the apartment in good condition.
- Refer to the check-out instructions on the booking platform to ensure a smooth departure.
- A **€250 FEE** will be CHARGED for excessive damage or extreme cleaning (including smoking).
